Live, work, have fun, get moving: PERSPECTIV’ rewrites the rules to become an iconic location for living better together in Esch-sur-Alzette.

Thanks to its ideal location at the gateway to the city, PERSPECTIV' is a centrepiece of the urban renewal endorsed by the city of Esch-sur-Alzette. The area spanning 68,000 m² will offer a mix of housing, innovative offices, shops, leisure & relaxation facilities and places to eat. Sport will also be a prominent feature, as the project will house a sports hall and the national sports museum.

Designed by the prestigious architectural firm WILMOTTE & associés, PERSPECTIV’ combines bold architecture and a sustainable vision of living and working spaces while focusing on the well-being of its occupants.

Open to its surrounding environment, PERSPECTIV' stands out with its different-sized buildings and its natural, durable materials.

The interplay of natural stone façades will highlight the volumes and lines to allow plenty of light to flood in.

The broad alleys and green areas will offer places to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet, while adding to the district’s friendly neighbourhood spirit.
